Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Contract/Travel (15-Week) — Lebanon, NH

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a contract team in Lebanon, NH. This is a 15-week assignment starting June 4, 2026, with a schedule of Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Pay:

• Local PPW: $1008 / 36 hours (equivalent to $28/hour)
• Travel PPW: $1008 / 36 hours (equivalent to $28/hour)

What you’ll need:

• Current, active LPN license for the state
• BLS certification

What you’ll do:

• Provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and give prescribed medications and treatments
• Manage wound care—cleaning, dressing, assessing for infection or complications
• Regularly monitor and document vital signs
• Keep accurate patient records and teach patients and families about diagnoses and self-care
• Act quickly and appropriately in emergencies and follow infection control protocols
