Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously and as required.
• Maintain complete, accurate patient records.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control procedures.
