Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Franklin, NH (15-Week Local Assignment, Nights)

We’re seeking an experienced LPN to join a team in Franklin, NH for a 15‑week local assignment beginning May 19, 2026. This is a night shift position (start ~7:00 PM). Pay is $30.50/hr for local staff; travel rate $31.00/hr. Please note: this is local only, overtime is not guaranteed, and every other weekend coverage is required.

What we need from you

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge while on site.
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID‑19 vaccine series, or present a documented medical or religious exemption from their employer. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.

What you’ll do

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Evaluate, clean, dress and manage wounds, watching for signs of infection or complications.
• Continuously monitor and document vital signs.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and educate patients and families about diagnoses and self‑care.
• Respond quickly and appropriately during medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
