Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — 15-Week Local Assignment, Franklin, NH (Night Shift)

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a team in Franklin, NH for a 15-week assignment starting May 19, 2026. This is a local position (local pay $30.50/hr; travel pay $31.00/hr) with a night shift schedule beginning at 7:00 PM. Expect to work every other weekend. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians.
• Perform patient assessments and carry out prescribed medications and treatments.
• Manage wound care (cleaning, dressing, monitoring for infection/complications).
• Monitor and document vital signs regularly.
• Keep accurate patient records and educate patients and families on diagnoses and self-care.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in medical emergencies and follow infection-control protocols.

What we need from you

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Registry personnel must bring a state- or federally-issued ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide documented religious/medical exemption from their employer. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.
