Compensation:

• Local: $32/hour (Local PPW: $1152/36 hrs)
• Travel: $33/hour (Travel PPW: $1188/36 hrs)

Required credentials:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Perform patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection and complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status continuously.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control procedures.
