We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality bedside care on a seven-week contract. The LPN will work under RN or physician supervision, delivering assessments, treatments, and patient education in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Requirements:

• Current, active LPN state license
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and provider orders
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor clinical status
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform wound care, including evaluation, cleaning, dressing changes, and infection surveillance
• Monitor and document vital signs and other clinical data consistently
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate changes to the care team
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and self-care
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols
