Join a 13-week contract opportunity in Lebanon, NH beginning June 22, 2026. This daytime position (36 hours/week) offers a rate of $2,559.60 per 36-hour period and focuses on hospice and palliative nursing care.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered RN license for New Hampshire and Vermont, or a valid compact license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years’ RN experience; background in medical-surgical, oncology, and/or hospice care preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and periodically review individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, family/caregivers, and the physician; recertify plans as needed.
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary communication and case conferences.
• Perform ongoing assessments of clinical, functional, and emotional status to identify problems and monitor progress; promptly report significant changes to the physician and VNH team.
• Document assessments, patient responses, and progress toward goals accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care techniques and end-of-life symptom management.
