RN Unit Manager — Contract Travel in Exeter, NH | $59/hr, 10-week, Leadership + $1,000 Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced nursing leader to join a team in Exeter, NH on a 10-week contract starting 06/25/2026. This is a daytime role (07:00–15:30) with a mandatory weekend on-call rotation every 4 weeks. Pay is $59/hour local (travel rate $59.80/hour). A $1,000 completion bonus is available for an 8-week contract — to qualify, you must have no more than two call-outs and no NCNS. ASAP starts are also needed, though this specific assignment doesn’t begin until 6/25.

What we need from you:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license.
• Prior nursing leadership experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal photo ID and wear a photo badge at all times while at the facility.
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series or provide a documented religious/medical exemption from their employer; additional doses must be obtained when required by law.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support the nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversee patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and accurate documentation.
• Help with staffing and scheduling to keep patient care running smoothly.
• Mentor and educate staff to promote professional development.
• Monitor compliance and quality standards, conduct audits, and drive improvements.
• Respond to medical emergencies following established protocols.
