We’re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a team in Fairmont, WV on a 14-week, contract (non-travel) assignment. This role starts on June 15, 2026 and follows a weekday schedule of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Compensation for local candidates is $1,481 per 35-hour week.
You’ll work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help evaluate patients, pinpoint physical and functional limitations, and carry out therapy plans that improve motor skills, mobility, and independence with daily tasks. You’ll teach patients how to use assistive devices and adaptive equipment safely and effectively, and you’ll document treatments, progress, and any changes in condition in accurate, timely records. Following safety and infection-control protocols is essential to maintain a safe therapy environment.
Must have a valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
