Join a 14-week, contract (non-travel) assignment in Fairmont, WV supporting occupational therapy services. Position begins June 15, 2026, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Local rate: $1,239 for 35 hours/week.
Required
- Valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
Core responsibilities
- Support the Occupational Therapist in assessing patients to identify physical and functional limitations.
- Implement interventions and therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, mobility, and independence in daily living.
- Instruct patients and caregivers on safe use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation of treatments, progress, and clinical changes.
- Follow safety and infection-control procedures to ensure a safe therapy environment.
