Required Credentials

• Active, valid Physical Therapy license for the state of New Mexico.
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Prescribe and supervise therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on interventions (manual therapy) to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and recommend appropriate assistive devices or adaptive equipment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, safety, and home programs.
• Accurately document evaluations, interventions, progress, and discharge summaries in the medical record.
