• Valid, active state Physical Therapy license
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (must include AED)

Core responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans
• Develop and implement exercise programs targeting strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination
• Deliver hands-on interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Apply therapeutic modalities and advise on appropriate assistive devices
• Educate patients and families on treatment, home exercise, and safety
• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge summaries
