Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
- BLS certification.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
- Conduct patient assessments; administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document vital signs continuously.
- Perform wound care: clean, dress, evaluate for infection/complications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
