Contract Physical Therapist (PT) — Decatur, AL — 13-Week Local Assignment

Join a Decatur, AL team on a 13-week contract (non-travel) starting July 6, 2026. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule (35 hours/week) and offers a local rate of $1,967/35 hours.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Create and implement progressive exercise programs to restore strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver manual therapy and hands-on techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and advise on appropriate assistive devices and mobility aids.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and home programs; maintain clear, timely documentation of patient progress.
