Licensure & Certifications:

• Active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (with AED).

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and recommend/use appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on condition, treatment, and home programs.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
