Required Credentials

• Active Physical Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (must include AED).

Core Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement exercise programs targeting strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and recommend/fit appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, home exercises, and safety.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge summaries per facility standards.
