Requirements:

• Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) state license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Perform patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor, document, and report vital signs and patient status changes.
• Wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection/complications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
