Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and safely.
• Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for signs of infection or complications.
• Continuously monitor and document vital signs and clinical status.
• Maintain clear, thorough patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow established infection control protocols.
