A well-establishedFederally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a dedicatedInternal Medicine Physicianto join its collaborative and mission-driven team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-demand, community-focused setting with strong clinical support.
Position Highlights:

Join a team of4 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers

Practice across2 modern Brooklyn locations

Established patient base with consistent volume
-
Team-oriented, multidisciplinary care environment

Must be willing to work off-hours, including shifts such as1:00 PM " 9:00 PM and Sundays
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
-
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
-
Collaborate with care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
-
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
-
Active or eligible forNew York medical license
-
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
