Job Description
- Established patient panel in a Medicare-focused, value-based care setting
- Small patient volumes focused on quality care
- 100% outpatient
- Monday"Friday schedule
- No nights, weekends, call, or hospital responsibilities
- Collaborative care team including care coordination, pharmacy support, and advanced clinical resources
- Competitive base salary plus quality-based bonus
- Four weeks PTO plus paid holidays
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match
- CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and license/DEA reimbursement
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active Alabama medical license (or ability to obtain)
- 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
