Join a short-term contract in beautiful Juneau, AK as a Case Manager RN working daytime hours. This 13-week assignment starts August 3, 2026, and offers a competitive rate of $3,268 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide nursing case management across the care continuum, coordinating patient care plans and working closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Facilitate safe transitions of care, arrange referrals and community resources, and document thoroughly and clearly.
• Communicate effectively with providers and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.

What we’re looking for:

• Current, active Alaska RN license
