What you’ll be doing:
- Providing case management services in a behavioral health setting
- Coordinating care, connecting clients with resources, and supporting treatment plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
What we’re looking for:
- Active Alaska Registered Nurse license (required at time of submittal)
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Experience specifically in behavioral health case management
