Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure (state requirements)
• Minimum 3 years Emergency Department experience
• Must be available for holidays and on-call shifts

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate and document patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department
• Utilize and follow clinical pathways to achieve patient outcomes
• Provide timely, prioritized emergency nursing care consistent with department protocols and standards

Certifications/Skills (expected):

• BLS; ACLS and PALS as required by facility
• Strong triage, critical thinking, and communication skills

Compliance:

• Adhere to facility policies, regulatory standards, and infection control procedures
