Requirements:
- Current, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Physical Therapist in patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
- Administer modalities and operate therapeutic equipment to facilitate rehabilitation.
- Teach and progress individualized exercise programs; educate patients and families on home-care instructions and recovery goals.
- Maintain clear, timely patient documentation and communicate effectively with the PT and interdisciplinary care team.
- Comply with safety standards and infection-control procedures.
