Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PCU/Step-down or Critical Care experience
• ACLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient condition and vital signs; recognize and respond to changes
• Safely administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Initiate escalation of care when indicated and coordinate with the care team
• Provide patient and family education on treatment and discharge plans
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to maintain continuity of care
