Join a Louisville, KY facility as a contract RN in the Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown for a bundled assignment from 07/07/2026–08/15/2026. This role uses night shift hours (06:45 PM–07:15 AM) across 18 scheduled shifts at $49.30/hour.
Scheduled shifts
- July 2026: Tue 7/7; Wed 7/8; Thu 7/9; Tue 7/14; Fri 7/17; Sat 7/18; Mon 7/20; Wed 7/22; Thu 7/23; Sun 7/26; Mon 7/27; Fri 7/31
- August 2026: Mon 8/3; Tue 8/4; Wed 8/5; Thu 8/13; Fri 8/14; Sat 8/15
What we’re looking for
- Active RN license in your practicing state
- PCU/step-down or critical care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor patient condition and vital signs
- Safely administer medications and treatments
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient status; escalate care as needed
- Provide patient and family education about care plans and self-management
- Accurately document care in the medical record
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
