Responsibilities:

• Provide direct psychiatric nursing care to assigned patients
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and follow facility protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Credentials and Onboarding:

• Must complete facility credentialing, background checks, and any required orientation prior to start date
• Provide proof of licensure, immunizations, and certification(s) as requested
