Join a dynamic team in Clarkston, WA for a 13-week contract as a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN. This night-shift position begins June 29, 2026, offering $2,307/36 hours. Candidates must hold an active Washington RN license and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Must be comfortable floating to MSU as needed.

Core responsibilities:

• Provide patient- and family-centered education using appropriate teaching methods.
• Promote patient safety through preventive measures (e.g., side rails, restraints) and comply with restraint policies, documenting assessment and evaluation.
• Operate and troubleshoot PCU/Telemetry/Med-Surg equipment; follow repair procedures and consult equipment manuals when necessary.
• Implement infection control and isolation precautions; use standard precautions consistently.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of patient status, nursing interventions, responses, and charges; complete physician orders and 24-hour order checks timely.
• Report critical labs to physicians per policy and communicate clearly with other departments and oncoming staff during handoffs.
• Maintain and restock emergency carts, patient rooms, and general supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Active WA RN license required
• Minimum 3+ years RN experience in progressive care/stepdown settings
• Flexibility to float to MSU as needed
