Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care | Moses Lake, WA (6-Week Contract)

Join our team in Moses Lake, WA for a 6-week contract role starting ASAP. This assignment is full-time, days 06:00 AM–02:30 PM (Sun–Sat). Travel pay: $1,568/40 hrs; Local pay: $1,472/40 hrs.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Washington
• Current BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and collect specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, assist with procedures, and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments, intervene as needed, and document progress and patient education in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and supervise patient conduct as appropriate.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Schedule: 06:00 AM–02:30 PM, all days of the week.
