Full-time OB/GYN opportunity in Mason City, Iowa.
Join a busy, patient-focused practice as a board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (must plan to sit for boards within three years if eligible), hold or be willing to obtain an Iowa license or participate in the IMLC, and provide a current NPDB Self Query Report (dated within 30 days) at presentation—this is mandatory.
Required qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (board-eligible applicants must plan to test within 3 years)
- Iowa medical license or eligibility for IMLC (or willingness to obtain)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) — no exceptions
Compensation & benefits:
- Two-year income guarantee: $400,000/year plus productivity incentives
- $250,000 bonus package
- $120,000 sign-on bonus
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- Generous PTO: 34 days base; up to 40 days with production
- Annual CME allowance: $6,000
- PSLF-eligible
