Summary:
Seeking a fellowship-trained hand and upper extremity orthopedic surgeon to provide comprehensive clinical and surgical care. Open to graduating fellows and experienced surgeons.

Requirements:

• Fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery (required)
• Board certified or truly board eligible in hand surgery
• Active medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois at time of hire
• Strong clinical and surgical skills in hand and upper extremity care
• Submit a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days at time of presentation
• Visa: H-1B cap-exempt sponsorship available (if needed)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Two-year guaranteed salary: $739,410, with production incentives beginning at 10,650 wRVUs
• Straight production compensation model starting Year 3; earning potential > $1,000,000/year
• $100,000 recruitment incentive
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
