Join a well-established orthopedic practice in Davenport, IA, seeking a full-time General Orthopedic Surgeon with a strong focus on total joint and revision arthroplasty. Requirements

• ABOS Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction (must obtain certification within 5 years) — no exceptions
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred
• Valid IL & IA licenses or active IMLC; willing to obtain state licenses — required
• Demonstrated strong clinical and surgical skills with a passion for primary and revision total joint surgery — required
• Current, unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe/administer medications; active DEA registration — required
• BLS certification with ongoing recertification — required
• Clean malpractice and license history preferred
• No visa sponsorship for J-1 or H-1B candidates — required
• Submit a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days at time of presentation — required

Compensation & Benefits

• $739,000 guaranteed for 2 years; production begins after 10,650 wRVUs
• Straight production model starting year 3; earning potential $1M+
