Position: Full-time General Orthopedic Surgery (Days)
Schedule: Day shift; weekend and on-call coverage required

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with emphasis on hand and upper extremity clinical and surgical management.
• Participate in call rotation and weekend coverage as scheduled.
• Maintain required documentation and credentialing.

Requirements:

• Board certified or truly board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois at time of hire.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to comprehensive hand and upper extremity care.
• Open to graduating residents/fellows and experienced surgeons.
• Provider requires H-1B cap-exempt visa support (note in submission details).
• Submit Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of submission.
• Professional liability coverage (provided by employer).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Relocation assistance up to $15,000.
