Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years RN experience (PCU/Med-Surg/Telemetry experience preferred)
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS — Healthcare Provider (American Heart Association)
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to post-procedural and medical/telemetry patients in a PCU/stepdown setting
- Monitor cardiac/respiratory status, interpret telemetry, and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per orders and facility protocols
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team, including handoffs and documentation
- Perform patient assessments, discharge planning tasks, and patient/family education as required
Licensure/certification verification will be required prior to start.
