Contract Physical Therapist (PT) — 13-Week Assignment, New Bedford MA

Join a 13-week, contract (non-travel) opportunity in New Bedford, MA, starting August 3, 2026. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule and offers local pay of $2,524 per 40-hour week.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Physical Therapy license for the state.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).

Key responsibilities:

• Perform thorough physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create and deliver therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Provide hands-on interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Administer appropriate therapeutic modalities and recommend, fit, and instruct on assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs; maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress.
