Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll do:

• Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, collect specimens for testing, and assist with procedures.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor patient status, provide interventions, educate patients/families, and record progress in medical records.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, enforce unit standards, and supervise patient conduct.
