Required qualifications:
- Active Ohio RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR (EPIC remote hospice training required)
- Hospice experience
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance for homecare
Work setting:
- Hospice inpatient unit and hospice homecare
Shift details:
- 36 hours/week
- Night schedule: 1 inpatient night 7:00 PM–7:30 AM; 2 homecare nights 7:30 PM–8:00 AM
- Every third weekend required
- No on-call requirements
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide hospice/palliative nursing care in both inpatient and homecare settings
- Document care in EPIC EMR
- Coordinate patient care and communicate with interdisciplinary team
- Comply with agency policies, state regulations, and documentation standards
