Contract (Non-Travel) opportunity in Salem, NH. Start date: July 6, 2026. 14-week assignment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Rate: Local: $1523/36-hours.

Position overview:
Support the Physical Therapist in delivering patient-centered rehabilitation services. Provide skilled interventions and hands-on assistance to help patients achieve functional goals while maintaining accurate documentation and following safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Operate and apply therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively.
• Teach and progress individualized exercise programs; educate patients and families on home exercise and recovery strategies.
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Required qualification:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant license for the practicing state.
