Requirements:
- Active LPN license for the state.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
- Conduct patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or complications.
- Monitor and document vital signs and clinical changes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control policies.
