Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) state license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and timely.
• Assess, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs regularly.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care instructions.
• Respond immediately during medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
