Compensation:

• Local: $31.00/hr — $1,116 per 36-hour week
• Travel: $32.00/hr — $1,152 per 36-hour week

Required Qualifications:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• Current BLS certification
• Registry personnel must present state or federally issued photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series or provide documented religious/medical exemption from their employer; additional doses required where mandated by law

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Manage wound care, including cleaning, dressing, evaluation, and monitoring for infection or complications
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
