Job Description

$310,000 - $368,500 per year.
Bonus incentive plan.
Build relationships with IPA physician groups and align them with organizational and value-based care goals..
Minimum three years of experience leading clinicians in a leadership role.
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
You will need see patients at one of their offices 1-2 days per week..
This is a hybrid position of working from home, in clinical practice, and making visits to locations within the affiliated practices. You will need to reside in Florida in Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, or the Space Coast..
