Job Description
Base salary of $724,177 (75%tile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to a wRVU production contract.
Option of 7 on 7 off or 14 on 14 off schedule.
Option for two year salary guarantee.
Sign-on bonus is 15% of salary- thats up to $108K.
Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary.
Vacation: 29 PTO (paid time off) days. Additional 5 days PTO when producing 75%tile wRVUs..
CERP (Pay for Call) Program: Explained by VP of Finance.
Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $24,500 year before taxes under age 50 and $31,000 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay..

Residency Stipend: up to $25,000 (requires up to 2 year service commitment).
Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment).

CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000.
Full-time, permanent, hospital employed.
7 physicians, 6 APPs.
10 PPD in Outpatient Clinic.
On call 24/7 during the week you are working.
Inpatient duties based on hospital census.
