Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Pediatrics & Transplant) needed at Award-Winning Hospital in Delaware CPH# JOB-3327714

Join a magnet level health system as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist supporting General Pediatrics (80%) and Solid Organ Transplant services (20%). This highly clinical Monday-Friday daytime position focuses on medically complex pediatric patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and ambulatory settings. Compensation is highly competitive plus there is relocation assistance, excellent benefits, retirement plans, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility.

Candidates must possess a PharmD, be eligible for Delaware pharmacist licensure, and have completed a PGY1 Pediatric Residency or possess equivalent pediatric clinical pharmacy experience. Some transplant exposure or interest is preferred. This role is ideal for pharmacists who enjoy rounding, direct patient care, program development, and precepting pharmacy learners.
