- Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with minimal triage call
- Shared call among all providers with RN call center handling routine calls
- Low patient census of 10 - 12 patients per day
- Hospital-employed position with value-based care focus
- Experience with eClinicalWorks and HEDIS metrics highly valued
- Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
- DEA licensure required
- Excellent work-life balance in a senior primary care setting
