Physical Therapist (Full-Time) — Tawas City, MI — $20K Sign-On, Days, No Weekends

Join our Allied Health team in Tawas City, Michigan as a full-time Physical Therapist. This day-shift position begins June 29, 2026, with scheduled hours of 8:00 AM–5:30 PM. No weekend work is required; on-call expectations will be discussed during the interview.

Required qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Completion of MyMichigan Health and affiliate-specific orientation
• Successful completion of new-hire competency evaluation

Preferred:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification obtained within one month of hire or transfer

Compensation and benefits:

• $20,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment
