Minimum Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Licensed Psychologist by the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board.
• Knowledge of DSM diagnostic standards, evidence-based treatments, and correctional mental health practices.
• Strong skills in clinical documentation, risk assessment, communication, and teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations.
• Provide individual and group mental health treatment, monitoring, and crisis intervention.
• Make determinations regarding placement in or removal from observation and restraint status.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with Department of Corrections staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
