Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Licensed Psychologist in Wisconsin (Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board).
• Proficient with DSM diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatments.
• Experience with correctional mental health practices preferred.
• Strong clinical communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform psychological assessments, testing, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
• Provide ongoing mental health treatment and monitoring.
• Make recommendations for placement or removal from observation/restraint status.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with DOC staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
