- Hospital-employed position with a large, collegial group of 105 physicians and 88 CRNAs
- Subspecialty focus areas include OB, neuro, trauma, critical care, cardiac, and pediatrics
- Critical care commitment flexible: minimum 1 week per month up to 50 - 100% of clinical time
- ICU coverage includes cardiovascular, neuroscience, and surgical ICUs with eICU in development
- Supervision-focused role with residents, fellows, and advanced practice provider teams
- Call is 1 in 8; critical care schedule follows a 1-week on and 1-week off rotation
- Competitive academic compensation structure; call pay is additional and can be substantial
- J-1 visa candidates welcome; open slots available for OB, neuro, and pediatrics subspecialties
