Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient care with clinic and call responsibilities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours patient care daily (up to 6 hours clinic); weekend 24-hour call (1:1 call ratio). Call response time: 2 hours (gratis). Callback rate applies after 8 hours M–F and for weekend call.

Clinical Scope

• Typical daily volume: 6–8 clinic patients; approximately 1.5 deliveries/day
• Admissions and phone consults required; rounding not included
• Case mix: prenatal care, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, VBACs
• Required procedures: prenatal care, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, VBAC

Facility & Support

• Two clinical locations within the department
• EMR: Cerner
• Support: 2 nurse practitioners; additional office equipment and specialty backup TBD

Credentials & Compliance

• Board certified in OB/GYN
• Active Michigan medical license and DEA certification
• NPDB report pulled within 30 days
• Minimum 2 years OB/GYN experience
• Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available
• Credentialing timeline: ~30 days
• Timekeeping: clock in/out via DocTime for reverse billing compliance

Compensation & Logistics

• Malpractice insurance included in rate
• Lodging: not booked through third-party sites; taxes on lodging not reimbursed
• Travel and lodging arrangements and any local candidate preferences to be communicated at time of submission
• Submit rates when providing name for clearance
